Meet Our Team
Dr. Steven Alban
DDS
Bio
After three years of studying for a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, Dr. Alban was accepted to dental school. He graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1999.
After earning his dental degree, Dr. Alban participated in a hospital residency program at Christiana Care hospital in Wilmington, DE. He has practiced privately in Delaware since 2000 and in Milford since 2005. His practice serves patients from Kent and Sussex Counties, including Felton, Lincoln, Milton, Harrington, Houston, DE.
Dr. Alban is an attending dentist with the Christiana Care General Dental residency program, and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Delaware State Dental Society, and the Kent-Sussex Dental Society, too.
Besides practicing dentistry, he enjoys playing board games, reading, listening to music, playing the oboe, and English horn.
Dr. Shannon Noroozi

Bio
Originally from Iran, Dr. Shannon Noroozi immigrated to the United States at the age of 10 and was raised in Smyrna, Delaware. Her journey into dentistry began early—She earned her dental assisting certification from Delaware Technical Community College and worked as a dental assistant for over five years while completing her undergraduate studies.
Dr. Noroozi went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University’s Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she ranked 5th in her class. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware, further advancing her clinical skills and patient care experience.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Delaware State Dental Society (DSDS), and Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Noroozi is a warm and compassionate general dentist who values getting to know her patients. She is committed to making each visit comfortable while delivering high-quality, individualized care.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Noroozi enjoys weightlifting, traveling, hiking in national parks, cooking, and spending time at the beach with her boyfriend, Alvin.
Cherie
Dental Hygienist
Bio
Cherie graduated from the Del. Tech. Hygiene Program in 1993. She has been with the practice since completing school. She worked for Dr. Hendel for 12 years prior to Dr. Steve’s purchase of the practice. Cherie is married and the proud mother of three children.
Tammy
Bio
Tammy graduated from the Del. Tech. Hygiene Program in 1992. She volunteers regularly at the Hope Clinic in Dover. She is married and has 2 sons. Tammy enjoys crafts, reading, spending time with her family and is active in her church. Tammy has been working for Dr. Steve since he bought the practice in 2005, having previously worked for Dr. Hendel. She enjoys talking to people and being part of a great dental team.

Chrissie
Bio
Our office manager, Chrissie, joined the practice in 2021. She is originally from Pennsylvania, where she was in specialty dentistry for 9+ years as a surgical dental assistant and a schedule coordinator. Her overall goal is to ensure that all patients have a smooth, positive experience from start to finish in our office. Outside of the office, Chrissie and her family are busy exploring all the good things Delaware has to offer. They enjoy the beach, hiking, and spending time together.
Vickie
Bio
Vickie, born and raised in CA, and moved to DE in 2017 and went from eating In-N-Out Burger to eating Cheesesteaks. She has been involved in the Dental field, for 35 years. Vickie joined our team in 2022. She is married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren and loves to spend her time fishing, visiting family and exploring beautiful Delaware.
Tara
Bio
Tara was born in South Philadelphia. She moved to Delaware at the age of 9. She served two years in the United States Army. Tara has been in the Medical and Dental field for 33 years. When not helping our patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her dog Lucky. Lucky is a one and a half year old Shepherd / Lab mix and takes up all her spare time.
Jacquie
Front Desk Coordinator
Bio
Jacquie joined our practice after relocating to Delaware from Williamsburg Virgina. She has over 30 years of dental experience as a chairside dental assistant and has all manner of front office experience. She grew up outside of Syracuse, New York. Jacquie is a huge Syracuse basketball fan and wants to give a shout out … ”GO ORANGE!!” In her free time, she loves going to concerts and spending time with her family.

Bio
Maria was born in Maryland, but moved to Delaware in 2004. She graduated from Polytech High School in 2012 and completed her dental assisting program in 2019. Outside of the office Maria enjoys bike riding, photography and traveling.
Tracy
Dental Assistant
Bio
Tracy is a Delaware native. She graduated from Harris School for Dental Assisting in 2011, and has been in the dental field ever since. When not helping people love their smile, she enjoys live music, camping, kayaking, and her animals.
Tabby
Dental Assistant
Bio
Tabby is originally from Trenton, New Jersey. She moved to Delaware in 2007. She graduated from Woodbridge High School in 2014. After working hard to get an Associate’s Degree at Del Tech in 2018, she then went on to complete the Dental Assistant program in 2026.
When Tabby is not chairside in the office, she is a mother to a wonderful 3 year old. She loves painting and spending time with her incredible family. Her future goal is to learn a second language and become a Dental Hygienist.
